Education is a very powerful instrument for social change and transformation and innovative practices are the only way to enhance the quality of our education. The application of innovative teaching and learning methods is critical if we are to motivate and engender a spirit of learning as well as enthusiasm on the part of students, for learning while at universities and indeed for lifelong learning. With this in mind, the Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering strives to provide the students with innovative learning mechanisms that would ensure a wholesome learning experience for the students. Innovative practices at the department not just include innovations in teaching-learning mechanisms but also include other aspects of department functioning. The department also takes efforts to reach out to young minds that may be future engineers and tries to instill in them an interest in Engineering and Technology.
